Cancellations All orders (excluding personalized/made to order jewelry) are fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days. Please reach out to hello@alahasbypatron.com with your name and order number within 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel. All personalized/made to order jewelry is sent to production within 24 hours after the order is placed. Once it has been sent to production, it cannot be canceled. Please note, all personalized/made to order jewelry is final sale.

Returns & Exchanges (All returns, excluding exchanges, will incur an 8% restocking fee) To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to hello@alahasbypatron.com within 14 days of receiving your order (*exclusions apply). Please include your order number and name associated with the order in your email. Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging and shipped back within 7 days of receiving a return authorization. Please note, once an item has been exchanged, it is final sale.

Return Exclusions Items listed below are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

-All personalized and made to order items
-All items that have been previously exchanged

-Please note, all jewelry is quality checked and carefully packaged prior to shipping. Any items that are noticeably damaged cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Order All jewelry is quality checked prior to shipping and placed carefully in a protective jewelry box to ensure it arrives safely to its destination. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect upon opening your package, please reach out as soon as possible to hello@alahasbypatron.com.

Personalized/Custom Jewelry Lead Time All personalized/made to order jewelry is sent to production within 24 hours of purchase to ensure that we are able to get your piece to you as soon as possible :) There is a standard 3 week lead time. Please be advised that production time may increase during peak seasons and for more complex pieces. Please feel free to reach out to us for any concerns on the production time.
